About Me
I’m a Christian, and attend a wonderful Bible-believing church.
I married the most wonderful woman on earth (sorry mom), Tracie Simer, on May 28th, 2005. She doesn’t like much attention, so I won’t embarrass her. Did I mention that she’s beautiful, intelligent, and talented? She works as a Religion/Health feature writer for our local paper, the Jackson Sun.
I graduated in January 2007 with a degree in Computer Science from Union University, and then went on to become an church Office Manager. Go figure, but it pays the bills.
I’m a geek, and I’m not afraid to admit it! I sit in front of scrolling consoles for hours on end for fun. Parts of my home are a (neat) jungle of cords and blinking lights. Most electronics that I own have been modified in some way, a trait that is great for conversation but not so great for warranties. More often than not, you’ll see me spending my free time reading, playing games, or tinkering with the hardware or software guts of something.
I play games often, but I don’t put as many hours into it as I used to. The wife and I can often be found pwning noobs in some online game.
Yeah, okay, I’m also a gun nut. I enjoy both my pistols and long guns, and go shooting whenever I can afford ammunition.
The Lord has blessed me with a full plate and a full life. I’m happier than I deserve to be.
